After travelling to Kuching so many times (at least 5 times or more) and missing the kolo mee and Sarawak laksa so much, I am finally invited to share my property thoughts in the largest property show in Sarawak by Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association. (SHEDA). The event, SHEDA Property Expo 2019 will be held in Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) from 20th – 22nd September 2019.
Event starts from 10am – 9pm everyday starting this Friday (20th September). There are two prominent property speakers whom I admire a lot because their sharing are always full of good contents for the benefit of all the listeners. Mr. Chris Tan will speaking on Saturday and Sunday and for both days, his session will be from 3:15pm – 4:15pm. Two very interesting topics indeed. They are “Mastering the Art of War in Property Investment: Discover from AirBnB Perspective.” as well as “What is the Property Outlook and Trend in Malaysia now and moving forward?”
The next speaker is propenomist Dr. Daniele Gambero. They love him too much and he will be sharing on 4 different talks! Starting from Friday all the way to Sunday and his speech titles include the following: “Malaysian Property Market 2019 and outlook 2020. Where the real big bucks are in property investment.” This is then followed by “Do and Don’ts for first time home buyers.” Next is Property Investment in Sarawak.the What and Where to Great Values.” Last but not least would be “Making Affordable Housing a Reality.” Please refer to the image below for more details.
We will also have Ms. Jessie Lee sharing with us on Sunday with the topic of FengShui for Home Buyers and Investors. Meanwhile on Saturday, the Founder and Executive Editor of kopiandproperty.com will be sharing a very interesting topic which is also a question many kept asking me every time I give a talk. “When is the Best Time to buy?” (A property lah…) See you soon everyone and happy dropping by to start evaluating all the available choices.
