SIME DARBY PROPERTY KYRA HOMES SNAPPED UP
The latest affordable home collection in Bandar Bukit Raja receives favourable response from homebuyers.
ARA DAMANSARA, 18 July 2019 – Sime Darby Property’s latest campaign, Spotlight 8, saw the launch of Kyra in Bandar Bukit Raja Klang where more than 80% of the freehold double-storey terrace homes was sold over the weekend.
Spotlight 8 campaign offers customers the opportunity to purchase Sime Darby Property’s wide range of properties via the Weekend Superdeals and New launches across all our townships in Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan and Johor.
Spotlight 8 runs from 13 July to 29 Sept 2019, with Superdeals and New Launches happening every weekend throughout the campaign period. The campaign will see four new freehold property launches, three landed and one strata development, in strategic locations within the Klang Valley and weekend Superdeals, where special sales package will be offered on a wide range of selected properties in our townships.
Kyra was the first product to go on sale under the Spotlight 8 campaign.
