The event is GEMPAK Property Gala 2019 and there are lots of happenings for you and your loved ones. It’s happening from 10am – 6pm. The highlight of the day would the Rebates for potential property buyers. In conjunction with HOC 2019, it’s as high as 15% plus 2% special incentive too. Drop by and ask their sales people lots of questions!

Decide later, View First. I think before we decide on where to buy, it’s proper to visit the place and absorb the vibe. See whether it’s positive (lots of space), harmonious (10,000 residents) or even affordable (from 1,582 sq ft home for RM373 – RM414k after rebate) or we learn that this is just another potential choice in our search for a good family home which can also be along term investment. I visited their cozy townhouse (Cempaka Seri 1 and 2) the other day. The thing which is pretty cool? Our very own small plot of garden at the back of the home. It’s also completed, so what you see is what you will be buying too.

Premium Choices Available. There are premium choices too but very limited units are still available. For example, the Alamanda Superlink. By the way, at 24 x 75 and 30 x 75, the prices (after rebates) are from RM535k – RM710k. I think these are the kind of sizes we no longer see being launched today. Many other choices. Learn more by asking their sales people lots of questions and actually being introduced to some of these properties. A mature township will be different from an emerging one because you will see more people and well, have more amenities which are ready.

A standard double-storey terrace home.  For those who are not thinking of townhouses or the premium superlinks, then we can also drop by their show house for Mawar Indah 1 and 2 as well.   These are 2-storey terraced homes with 20 x 65 and 20 x 70. Prices after rebates are between RM464k to RM492k. Yes, we need a security pass to enter and the guard is a friendly person too.

Shop Offices for businesses. Needing a good development for a business idea? Take a look at One Cempaka shop offices. Size is 24 x 75 and prices (after rebates) starts from RM857k tp RM1.7 Million) Due to the space availability and the design, there are ample car parks for customers too. By the way, there are no tuition centre there, yet. (Hint…Hint… potential?)
