Education is an evergreen industry. There were those good old days when a primary education is considered the norm in Malaysia. These days, higher education is becoming a necessity because the job market is getting competitive and good companies hire only those with qualifications. Thus, property developments with education mix as one of its elements would have advantages. However, is the current property market safe for such investments? What if the property bubble bursts in the near future? Should I wait for prices to go lower before buying since the market is slow today? Please drop by my talk and let me share facts, facts and facts with everyone for better decision making.

Whether it’s a hot market or a shivering cold one, buying a property meant doing due diligence because a bad investment exists in all markets. If we are buying next to a university for example, it’s best to buy next to a good university and perhaps a top university in Malaysia. That would be a good buy. However, if we buy because our friends are buying, then we should pray that they are lucky. The better way is still to understand more about property investment and the potential and pitfalls.
