Interested with Semenyih’s property potential?

I dropped by the GrenePark Village sales gallery in Semenyih a few days go. They were introducing ‘Lifestyle Suites’ to the public for the very first time. Honestly, I did not expect the extent of the number of visitors. Perhaps this is the first time, maybe. They served good street food which is a definite plus but I am not going to bring my family over just for a lunch unless I have interest to also take a look at what GrenePark Village really is. Some photos.

I spoke to Mr. Lawah, the Marketing Manager for GrenePark Village and he shared that the interest from the public for this project was beyond his expectations. He estimated around 800 visitors as at 3pm. When asked what’s the two reasons that people are interested with GrenePark Village, he said, “We could now see that Semenyih is already an emerging hotspot. Just look at all the many established and branded developers in Semenyih today. Secondly, GrenePark Village’s concept appeals to them because this is going to the future of developments. A self-contained development open to the public and yet providing great convenience to the owners and working people.” I think another reason would be the appeal from the flexi-suites itself. They come ‘move-in ready’ (even the towels, forks and spoons are provided!)

I used to think of Semenyih as a place I travel to for seafood, Broga Hills and my cousin sister studying in Nottingham University (ranked 82nd in the whole world. That’s well within top 1% of all universities in the world) Then, last year I went to two housewarmings in Semenyih. One bought a semi-detached home for RM1.2 million and another bought a RM700,000 terrace home. Both of them are working in KL city centre. That was when I realised that perhaps it’s time to look at Semenyih more seriously. This time, after looking at the interest for GrenePark Village, perhaps the appeal is now emerging. Happy dropping by their office. Here’s that number to call: +6 012 270 9282.  This is their website to know more. Cheers.
