More appropriate for people looking for Greater KL properties. This may be a good show for those looking for their first property beyond just the new ones, they want to also consider the secondary ones. Visit Malaysia Secondary and Primary Property Exhibition @ Starling Mall. (MASPEX 2018)  According to the press release, there are over 1,000 properties on offer during this MASPEX show.  There are over 25 exhibitors too. It will start from 28th September and ends on 30th September 2018. Do refer below for more details:

Important note: More than 1,000 properties on offer at MASPEX’18

The fourth Malaysia Secondary and Primary Property Exhibition (MASPEX’18), hosted by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), will be showcasing over 1,000 properties, allowing Malaysians the opportunity to find their ideal property.

The largest MASPEX event to date, there are 25 exhibitors featuring a diverse choice of property types in different price brackets.

MASPEX’18’s unique proposition is that it is the only property exhibition in Malaysia to showcase a wide variety of properties in the secondary market, alongside primary properties, both new and completed.

This is organised by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), a national body representing real estate practitioners in Malaysia, the three-day event beginning Sept 28 will be held at Starling Mall in Damansara Utama, Selangor. Its President Eric Lim said Maspex 2018 is the only property exhibition in Malaysia to showcase a wide variety of properties in the secondary market alongside primary properties, both new and completed. He said, “We are organising Maspex 2018 to address the challenges in the Malaysian property market by sharing MIEA’s extensive property knowledge and best practices to help all Malaysians find their dream home or next investment.” 

He said visitors can also seek advice on navigating the challenging real estate market from real estate agents and negotiators at the event.

He added that MIEA will also host talks on topics ranging firm real estate investments to dealing with agents.

The exhibition is scheduled to take place at Starling Mall, Damansara Utama, over three consecutive days beginning September 28 and ending on September 30.
