iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair. Join me?

Personally, I love to visit property fairs, especially if there are many speakers for me to just sit down, listen and learn. There’s one happening soon. iProperty/’s Home& Property Investment Fair happening in MidValley Exhibition Centre from 19th – 21st January 2018.

I think for readers of, you have read about my MRT thoughts for a long time and it’s in many different articles throughout the years. Well, I am compiling them as well as added some recent thoughts into a 40 minute presentation. iProperty’s events team has invited me to share with everyone about my MRT thoughts in the upcoming iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair in MidValley Exhibition Centre. Do register in advance so that better preparations could be made by the team.  Over RM100,000 worth of rebates and free gifts too. Click here to register.

These days, nearly every advertisement about a new launch would mention the MRT.  Must we buy next to the MRT stations? Is it true that appreciation will be higher for developments nearby MRT as opposed to those which are 5 minutes drive away? What about further places without MRT stations within a 15-minute drive? By the way, I am not affiliated to or any other property sites yeah. I will only represent myself and not any developers during this talk yeah. Thus, my thoughts may not be applicable to all but let’s learn together. The more we share, we the more we learn yeah.  Looking forward to meeting you. During the exhibition, there are a lot of other really prominent speakers too. I have personally learnt a lot from many of them too. One thing’s for sure, they are usually very well prepared. Don’t miss their talks!
