RM299,000 for a unit along Embassy Row, Jalan Ampang?

To be honest, not everyone wants to stay further away from the city centre or further away from their working place. Many love to just wake up around 8am, shower and walk to their office located just 10 minutes away. If I am still a single, I would love a similar lifestyle too. Well, as long as I could afford it anyway because I would still want to save some money for a place I could call my own in future. For many, taking an hour via the MRT and changing station midway to reach their office (like me once every week) is definitely not within their daily agenda. Perhaps the below can be a choice then. It’s below RM300,000 and it’s along Embassy Row. Let’s be savvy about it, the size cannot be close to those affordable apartments currently offered in the market in areas which are further away from the city centre.

The project is 3rdNvenue and the developer is Titijaya Land Berhad (Titijaya), a Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listed Company. The development will be built on a piece of 6.06 acre land and there would be four blocks with a total of 2,400 units of lifestyle office suites, serviced apartments, and retail lots. With its modern industrial design and vibrant colour scheme, 3rdNvenue is equipped with various facilities, such as swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, business lounge, BBQ lounge, sky dining, nursery, entertainment room, and multipurpose hall, offering great convenience for its residents to promote a healthy work life balance.

3rdNvenue is a mixed property development jointly developed by Titijaya Land and CREC Development (M) Sdn Bhd (CREC). The price for the first phase starts from RM299,000 for a 430 sq. ft. unit which is definitely considered very affordable in terms of total unit price. Location wise, 3rdNvenue is just 3km away from KLCC. One has to just spend 4 minutes to walk to Great Eastern Mall or take 10 minutes to walk to LRT Jelatek. Titijaya Berhad Group Managing DIrector Tan Sri Dato’ Lim Soon Peng also said, “We believe the accessibility of 3rdNvenue and especially as a project in downtown KL priced less than RM300,000, the property is affordable and worth buying for most Malaysians. Let us look forward to the completion of 3rdNvenue in 2024.” 3rdVenue targets young professionals, entrepreneurs, and social high-flyers.
