RM299,000 for a unit along Embassy Row, Jalan Ampang?

To be honest, not everyone wants to stay further away from the city centre or further away from their working place. Many love to just wake up around 8am, shower and walk to their office located just 10 minutes away. If I am still a single, I would love a similar lifestyle too. Well, as long as I could afford it anyway because I would still want to save some money for a place I could call my own in future. For many, taking an hour via the MRT and changing station midway to reach their office (like me once every week) is definitely not within their daily agenda. Location wise, 3rdNvenue is just 3km away from KLCC. One has to just spend 4 minutes to walk to Great Eastern Mall or take 10 minutes to walk to LRT Jelatek.
