I am someone who engages a real estate negotiator every time I needed to rent out my condo or sell a property. My reasoning is clear. I needed professional help and I do not wish to waste my time, effort just because I wanted to save a bit more. I also like it when my negotiator is able to provide to me some professional advice of what are my best options. By helping me get the best deal, they would enjoy repeat businesses from me and even my referrals. I also think the difference between a really good real estate agency versus a not-so-good one would be their professionalism in whatever they do. Do they train their negotiators well? Do they provide mentoring so that their negotiators are motivated and perform better? Do they look at this as a long-term business instead of a hit-and-run?
