So, if you are thinking about Puchong as a potential for your new home, get to know some of the happenings yeah. Press Release by IOI Properties Group Berhad for Bandar Puteri Puchong.
intercvhangeIOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG”) will be carrying out upgrading and expansion of the Bandar Puteri Puchong interchange, aimed at enhancing the connectivity of the township and improving traffic flow between Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (“LDP”) and Bandar Puteri Puchong. In conjunction with this, a groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat MP Puchong Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, Yang Berhormat ADUN Kinrara Tuan Ng Sze Han, and IOIPG Chief Operating Officer, Mr Teh Chin Guan.
Also present was Yang Berbahagia Timbalan Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (“MPSJ”) Tuan Hj Mohd Zulkurnain Bin Che Ali, Yang Berbahagia Councillor MPSJ Mr. Stephen Chin, and representatives from MPSJ.
IOIPG Chief Operating Officer, Teh Chin Guan said, “As a lifestyle developer who believes in exceeding customer expectations, IOIPG regularly engages with its stakeholders ie. local authorities and customers; to identify areas of enhancement in which we can play a role in contributing towards continued sustainability of the community within its township developments. An enhanced infrastructure providing ease of traffic flow and improved accessibility will contribute towards a thriving community. Furthermore, we foresee greater property value appreciation in Bandar Puteri Puchong with an enhanced infrastructure serving the township”, he added.
The expansion and upgrading of the interchange is expected to be completed by 2018. The project is wholly-funded and constructed by IOIPG at the cost of RM20mil.
The interchange is currently serving the 1,000 acre Bandar Puteri Puchong township with a population of an estimated 11,500 residents; and a thriving business hub of approximately 600 shop offices, 4 blocks of office towers at Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC) and Four Points by Sheraton Puchong.  Meanwhile, limited premium units of Puteri Hills town villas and condominium are available; and the final block of Le Pavillion Service Apartments is expected to be launched by year end.
Bandar Puteri Puchong is a mature township complete with excellent infrastructure including two LRT stations ie Stesen Taman Perindustrian Puchong & Stesen Bandar Puteri; interconnecting roads to its neighbouring developments ie Wawasan Puchong & Puchong Hartamas; and connection to LDP at three main points (ie at the township interchange itself, and at two other intersections into Puchong Perdana and Puchong Utama respectively).
Due to its excellent infrastructure, it is the preferred location of many international and MSC status companies such as AIG, Fonterra, OCBC, Citibank & BMW among others. China Bank and Mango Six have their first setups too in Malaysia at Bandar Puteri Puchong.
