“THE MIEA NATIONAL REAL ESTATE AWARDS PACK LAUNCH 2018”

The National Real Estate Awards organized by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents is regarded as Malaysia’s Premier Real Estate Awards. Launched in 2009, the NREA celebrates excellence and showcases the highest standards in the Real Estate Industry. The MIEA National Real Estate Awards acknowledges the personal achievements of Real Estate Practitioners and Companies who raise the bar in their pursuit for excellence in their respective fields. The awards programme provides a superb opportunity for the Industry to come together and celebrate excellence with their peers.
Sr Lim Boon Ping, NREA 2018 Awards Chairman states that this year MIEA is launching 17 award categories, divided into 2 main groups. The awards are open to all Real Estate Agents, Probationary Estate Agents/Valuers and Real Estate Negotiators. He further elaborated that the Awards have grown over the years and has become one of the most highly coveted Real Estate Awards. This year marks its 10th year since the award was conceptualized in 2009. It has become a symbol of success.
The Award is open to all practitioners. Some of the main awards include Real Estate Agent (REA) of the Year – National & State, Residential Real Estate Firm of the Year – small, medium & large, Project Marketing Firm of The Year, Most Innovative Marketing Idea and others.
The REN (Real Estate Negotiator) awards include REN of the Year, Rookie REN of the year and Residential, Commercial & Industrial REN of the Year. While all these Awards are competitive, the Million Dollar Producer (MDP) award is presented to both REA & REN who have achieved commissions in excess of RM1million.
Nominations are now open for the Awards. All are invited to nominate and/or participate in celebration of the achievements of Year 2017. Winning an award at the MIEA National Real Estate Awards really is the recognition of being the best of the best within the Real Estate Industry.

This year’s winners will receive a champion’s trophy, lapel pin, recognition at the Gala Dinner and a host of privileges including media coverage. More importantly, the recipients will be recognized nationally as the cream of the Real Estate Fraternity and can go on to compete internationally.
