I love Melaka and I would drop by for a few days on a yearly basis. This year, I will go again at the end of the year. Just too occupied every weekend these days. A holiday getaway in a UNESCO Heritage city with lots of awesome food and lots of things to see and do. I think many visitors to Melaka have the same idea as me. This is one reason the real estate scene in Melaka has been healthy the past few years. It’s not just the Singaporeans who are visiting Melaka in a big way but investments from China has also been on an uptrend too. Of course, not every area in Melaka is worth investing. Some may still be too far away from any real action and some may be too expensive simply due to it being a hotspot currently. You can attend the Bank, Law and Tax (BLT) talk this coming 20, 21 August 2016 from 2 – 530pm. They are also known as the BLT trio. All three speakers are recognised as experts in their field. They include Miichael Yeoh (Bank), Chris Tan (Lawyer) and Richard Oon (Tax). Of course, when we look at any property investments, these three would be the necessities. We need to get loans approved, make sure we are signing the right documents and last but not least do not pay too much tax or too little and get into trouble. BLT’s book is also available for sale in Popular and MPH. I personally like the simple to read contents.
