Thinking of ‘First Home’ in Penang? Drop by this event.

13199099_10154089293202605_1645972321_oIt’s essential for us to know what we want to do before we actually do it. For those thinking of buying their very first home, the first decision is not “should I buy?”. That’s already a conclusion. If we were to rent until the say we say bye-bye, the only person getting richer is the house owner. He is the only one who will use our rental money to go for holidays. Guess who will be watching Astro instead? Haha. Anyway, the first decision for first home is to equip ourselves with some understanding about buying that first property.

Participants will learn:

  • Steps in buying your first home.
  • To buy now or wait?
  • Penang’s masterplan
  • First home projects in Penang.
  • How to protect yourself legally?
  • First home financing scheme
  • Steps to get your loan approved.
  • Should I buy MRTA or MLTA?

The event will be held on 28th May 2016 Saturday at Gurney Hotel from 9 am to 6pm. FULL DAY. You can register here: My First Home Convention

kopiandproperty.com is not part of the event but I always think property knowledge is extremely important. For seasoned property investors, this may not be the best event for you but for the majority of Malaysians, I think it’s best to keep learning. Buying a property is most likely the largest purchase we would ever make in our lives. Buying the right one meant potentially big earnings in the future but buying the wrong one would set us back many years. Happy attending.
