Learning from Havoc Hartanah in Kuala Lumpur

Knowledge is vital in anything we do. Our first job and later a career. Our first home and later an investment. Our slow dip or fast jump into the stock market and later an experienced person whether win or lose. All these requires knowledge. Otherwise, its purely luck or perhaps a gamble. As with luck or a gamble, no one wins all the time. My special preference is always to aim for calculated risk. In other words, weighing my options and choosing one which I feel is best suited to my risk appetite. Learn from the experience of others who have done it better than us. To be honest, there’s little to lose to listen to many of these speakers who are experienced. I personally know two of them well and they have always given me new points to note in my own personal property journey. Even though I have listened to their seminars before but thus far they continue to update their materials. I think it would be really unproductive if we were to listen to the same talk again and again right.
