Kopi is Malaysian word for coffee. It means I love being a Malaysian and I love kopi. My number one favourite remains to be a cup of balanced latte. Stronger coffee compared to the milk is ok but not the other way. The best would still be good beans and the right mix of milk. A balanced cup, that’s my cup of perfect latte. Property is something interesting to me. It can be a long-term investment or a short-term speculation. It can be the best decision or the worst investment option. I hope to share my little experience with those who wants to have a cup of good coffee and a dose of investment in property or even properties.
